Lussblog ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Lussblog AI Blog application ("the App") for Shopify merchants. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

When you install and use the App, we collect:

• Store information: your Shopify shop domain, shop name, and contact email.
• Content data: blog posts, drafts, keywords, business settings, and industry preferences you enter in the App.
• Usage data: features used, generation counts, and billing status to provide the service.
• Access tokens: encrypted Shopify API access tokens required to publish articles to your store's blog.

2. How we use your information

We use the information to:

• Generate AI SEO blog posts on your behalf.
• Publish drafts to your Shopify Online Store blog.
• Manage your subscription and usage quotas.
• Improve the App and customer support.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Shopify: to publish articles to your store, as authorized by you during OAuth.
• AI providers: to generate article content, using only the prompts and settings you provide.
• Payment processors: (Shopify Billing) to handle subscription charges.

4. Data retention

We keep your settings and drafts while your store is installed. If you uninstall the App, we delete your data within 30 days, except for billing records required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@lussblog.com.

6. Security

Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS. We do not store your Shopify password.
