When you use the Lussblog WordPress plugin and enable the cloud service connection, we collect the following information:

• Site identifier — A unique ID generated to identify your WordPress installation.
• Business profile — Industry template, business name, business type, target audience, and keywords you provide to configure content generation.
• Configuration settings — Post status preferences, channel settings, and other operational parameters.
• Usage data — Number of blog posts and social posts generated per month for quota tracking.
• Generated content — Blog posts, social media copy, and AI-generated images created on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate blog posts and social media content based on your industry and keywords.
• To track monthly usage quotas associated with your plan.
• To send email digests and status notifications (if configured).
• To process remote control commands sent via Email, Telegram, or Slack.

We do not sell, share, or use your content or data for any purpose other than delivering the Lussblog service to you. We do not serve third-party advertisements or track users across sites.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Content is stored in isolated per-tenant databases. API keys and credentials are stored as environment variables on the server and never logged. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

The Lussblog cloud service uses the following third-party AI providers to generate content:

• DeepSeek — Used for text generation (blog posts and social media copy).
• Google Gemini — Used for AI image generation (featured images).
• Buffer — Optional integration for social media scheduling (requires your own Buffer API key).

If you use the "Bring Your Own Key" plan, you may supply your own API keys for OpenAI or other providers. These keys are stored securely and used only to fulfill content generation requests.

5. User Consent & Opt-In

The Lussblog WordPress plugin only communicates with our cloud servers when you explicitly enable the cloud service connection in the plugin settings. No data is transmitted without your consent. You may disable the cloud connection at any time, which stops all data communication.

6. Data Retention

Generated content is retained for your active subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You may export your generated content from the WordPress plugin's drafts page. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
